Showtimes for the Magic of David Garrard at the Kentucky State Fair have been announced and are posted on the Calendar page of this site.  Shows will last approximately 30 minutes and will be held on the Family Stage in the South Wing.  David has some brand new magic that you and your family are sure to enjoy so please stop by and say hello!

Showtimes have been announced for David Garrard’s appearance at the 2017 WHAS Crusade for Children.  David will be performing in the Bomhard Theater at 8:20 p.m. on Saturday evening, June 3.  Admission is free.  You can also catch this performance live on WHAS-11 television or via live-streaming.  David will also be appearing late night in the studio with Steve Kirkland.  The broadcast begins immediately following the 11:00 news.

The Magic of David Garrard will be featured at the 2017 Kentucky State Fair.  The engagement has just been booked so stay tuned for more details including stage location and show times.

David Garrard will use his magic to entertain, inspire and interpret the theme for the WinShape Camps Host Rally, an event designed for churches who will be hosting WinShape camps in 2017.  The rally will be held January 16-17 in Peachtree City, Georgia.  David will share the platform with Dan Cathy and Frank Beamer among others.  WinShape Camps are a ministry of Chick-fil-A.

David Garrard will be the special guest when the Marriage Enrichment Resource Center presents an evening of Dessert, Magic & Romance, Saturday, November 5, 7 p.m.  The program will be held at the Holloway Conference Center located on the grounds of the Kavanaugh Conference and Retreat Center in Crestwood, KY.  David will provide feature entertainment as well as inspiration for married couples.  Tickets are $10.  Visit or call 502-939-0121.penny-hudson-event

World Champion Magician, Lance Burton said, “David Garrard killed it on Fool Us!  I loaned him my backdrop for his appearance and he made me proud!”  Teller said, “Thanks so much for the fabulous opening you brought to our show tonight. David Garrard will consult on special effects for Not Medea, a brand new play that will be premiered in July at the Contemporary American Theater Festival in Shepherdstown, WV.  David will work with Director Courtney Sale and Associate Producing Director Peggy McKowen to add a touch of magic to Allison Gregory’s full-length one-act play.  The play will also be performed at four other sites across the United States.

David Garrard will lecture for the Louisville Magic Club on Tuesday evening, April 19.  The lecture begins at 7 p.m. and will be held at the Kosair Charities Center on Eastern Parkway.  David will perform and teach material from his new book, Out of My Hat.  The lecture is for LMC members and is not open to the public.

David Garrard will be performing while in Vancouver to consult for Beauty & the Beast.  David will appear at Mountain View High School at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday evening, April 23.  Tickets are $5 at the door with a $20 family limit.

David Garrard will travel to Vancouver, Washington in late April to serve as a consultant for Mt. View High School’s production of Beauty & the Beast.  David will work with Production Director Paige Oppenhagen and Musical Director Jeanette James to provide special effects for the show.
